SEBASTIAN’Sbedroom wasn’t even half as ostentatious as I had

expected from the style of the interior design downstairs. His room was almost bare, to the point of minimalist, showing only dark blue and gray muted tones in the form of every piece of furniture and technology in the room. No pieces of wood, only metal. A desk with a laptop on it at the far end with a desk lamp of black metal looming over it. In the far right corner a black leather recliner, and beside it on the right wall, left of the windows, a full-sized dark gray metal wardrobe. Beneath the windows lay a low metal cupboard with a few square cushions on top of it, as though it served as a bench too, which was possible. The huge king-size bed with its black metallic frame was covered with dark blue sheets and covers and pillows that invited sleep with their dim shades and plump shapes.

I closed the door with my foot, not wanting to let Sebastian out of my arms. I liked his weight on me, the feel of his body, his warmth and inner light, which transcended the murky blues and blacks of his bedroom. I went straight for the bed and lowered him onto it before unwrapping him from the towel, as though it were Christmas and he was my favorite present.

Finally he was sprawled naked in front of me, inching his way back toward the center of the bed, smiling at me with an unspoken invitation I was hardly in a position to refuse. Those icy blue eyes were lit with hot blue flames as they took in the promise I dangled in front of him by just standing there, full of heady anticipation, slowly removing my own towel from my hips till I was as nude as he was. His eyes, which had locked with mine, descended sluggishly as he took his time with every inch of me, his outward hunger making me feel ten feet tall. King of the world again.

“Where?” He looked up, having seen my lips move from the corner of his eye. Still silently, he nodded at the simplistic, dark blue, metallic nightstand next to the bed with just as simple a reading lamp on it. I recovered a full tube of Astroglide and a box of condoms from the first drawer, tossing them on the bed next to Sebastian.

I knew how I wanted this to go down, but I didn’t know his preferences. “How do you want me?” I asked quietly, not that he noticed the volume or my tone. “Do you want to top, or for me to top you?”

Sebastian snickered, covering his sensuous mouth with his hand, and I felt compelled to yank his hand out of the way of that perfect, sunny smile. “Oh, Jordan. Sometimes you say the strangest things.” Shaking his head, he laughed, just a brief little tickle of a laugh. “I want you inside me. Then I want inside you. Is
